The folio includes a domestic violence assessment card, national resources and referrals, and provides an overview of the associated health effects of domestic violence outlining the provider’s role. The folio was co-created with staff from the FWV and a second year medical student, and is co-sponsored by the American Medical Students Association and the American Physical Therapists Association.
