FUTURES worked in partnership with the Survivor Leadership Cohort to adapt this brochure originally created in collaboration with the National Center on Domestic Violence, Trauma & Mental Health. It was developed to support survivors of domestic/sexual violence during health care visits, and offers trauma-informed recommendations for survivors about how to become proactive in their healthcare and how to best advocate for their needs with health care providers.
